Before starting Buildstone with his partners, Viraj founded and ran a successful Rental Management Company, NRI Rental Services, for 10 years.

He is a fitness enthusiast and in his spare time, he can be found hitting the Gym or the jogging track.

Rukmani is a powerhouse of energy who successfully manages the demanding work schedule and home front effortlessly. She believes that technology will change the way customers will buy and rent homes in the coming future.

She has over 19 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Retail with her last assignment being in Retail Industry as a national category manager. At Buildstone, apart from handling the HNI customers and growing the business, she is responsible for the property listings and social media content for apartments managed by the company.

Before co-founding Buildstone, Rukmani was a partner with NRI Rental Services and has spent 8 years in learning the ropes of the Real Estate services business.

She is disciplined, practices yoga and holds the title of 1st runner up at Mrs. India Pageant 2019.

Nitin Sippy is a deal maker, and he does it with a win-win mindset. He takes on the toughest negotiations by addressing the issues head-on. He believes that side stepping differences never leads to solutions.

He has 27 years' experience working in the Greeting Cards Manufacturing and Paper Trading Industry with the last assignment being as a CFO of a company. At Buildstone, apart from handling the HNI customers and growing the business, he is responsible for driving the inorganic growth of the business through the Trusted Partner initiative.

Before co-founding Buildstone, Nitin was a partner with NRI Rental Services and has spent 6 years in learning the ropes of the Real Estate services business.

Piyush is an eternal optimist and a risk-taker, not afraid to take up a challenge.

He is the youngest of the co-founders, but a veteran when it comes to experience in the real estate business. With his 11+ years of experience in this industry, he brings a ground-level understanding of sales and customer service to the team.

Prior to co-founding Buildstone, he has worked in a large organization that was making a foray into property management business through a franchisee operations model and was instrumental in setting up of network and driving and supporting rentals, secondary and primary sales through the network.

He holds an MBA in Marketing and a PG Diploma in Event Management. Piyush loves watching movies in his free time and takes road trips on his bike when he wants to take time off from work.

A chilled disposition with a cracking sense of humour defines Ritesh. He believes in dealing fair and square and working in an organized manner.

With a business mind-set, he is ready to resolve any situation in front of him. Even though coming without a real estate background, he was able to grasp and conquer the business really well. He has single handed taken the business to reach a milestone and continues to be a strong backbone of Buildstone and its entire organisation.

Prior to Co-founding Buildstone, he successfully ran his own business for 20+ years in area of Plastic and Chemical Trading.

He is fond of travelling is a globe trotter in true sense.

Shirish brings a wealth of experience with over 30 years in the real estate sector across US, UK and India. He has worked with leading global companies including Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in investing and lending roles across different geographies.

He is now based in Mumbai and is an active venture investor in businesses he believes he can add value in and holds stakes in multiple companies.

Shirish identifies companies who have the vision and team to disrupt their respective industries and guides them with his vast experience.

Shirish is a avid sportsman having played a lot of competitive cricket in his younger days and is now a regular golfer.
